Technical Support Engineer
Department: Technical Customer Support
Reports To: Operations Manager

Description:
As a technical support engineer, you will be required to know the interworkings of our line of equipment inside and out. This individual will also provide instructional classes to our channel partners on product training. This position is available at our Torrance, CA location.

• B.S. preferrably in technical studies
• Knowledge of Access Control equipment a big plus.
• Well organized
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Good presentation skills for channel partner training
• 2 years of experience in a technical support or electrical product support
• Proficient in a Windows environment

Business Development Associate
Department: Sales
Reports To: Sales Manager

Description:
As an associate in Business Development, you will be required to present our product line-up to our customers. This will require great oral skills as well as indepth proiduct knowledge. There will be some travel required within the U.S. This position is available at out Torrance, CA location.

• Knowledge of access control preferred
• Technical background helpful
• Ability to present ideas clear & precisely in a written presentation
• Proficient in a Windows environment with Strong MS Office Knowledge
• Minimum 3 years of technical sales experience.
